This time I am engaged only in making the decorations for the cake christening cake Anna Marie, and not the whole cake ... we wanted one too large, beyond my ability and capacity . But this has given me the opportunity to work with a real pastry chef to set foot in a bakery in full swing. E 'was great fun and exciting to watch behind the scenes of a busy Sunday morning.
