Muffins Parmesan (serves 6 muffins)
250 g white flour 200 g of milk
60 g of corn oil
5th g of parmesan cheese 2 eggs
10 g of fresh yeast
2 teaspoons salt pepper
Dissolve the yeast in 50g of warm milk, put all ingredients into Thermomix and work the mixture until it is smooth. Pour into molds and let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
