A Christmas cake "buonisssssssima" for birthday

This is the cake more absolute good that I've ever done.

I knew it would be very good first yet to sink the knife and taste the first slice, before firing, and before that to prepare it ... you know why?

Why the goodness of this cake has nothing to do with taste, but the fact that this is a
sweet vegan.
No animals were caged, mutilated, mistreated or exploited to obtain commonly used in confectionery products such as milk, butter and eggs.

All ingredients are strictly herbal. , Which made me sweat a lot.
After spending time working out a trick that the prerequisite for good success of a sweet and caring is the slow processing of eggs, I had to do without my confidence and dive in the size vegan .... and no one knows when there is something that is considered necessary to enter the field the creativity and 'ingenuity.
