Pepsico Super Bowl 12 Pack Displays

Krumiri

This is a recipe taken from the monthly sweeter, slightly modified by me in the procedure to allow the Thermomix to participate, otherwise puts a muzzle looong!
Ingredients:
420 g flour 270 g butter 120 g egg yolks
240 g of icing sugar
180 g of corn meal (yellow one that uses for polenta)
grated rind of one lemon
a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Spray Thermomix in the corn flour and add all other ingredients, the butter must be very cold and cut into small pieces. Working at speed 5 for 15-20 seconds.
Place all in a nice gun for the disc-shaped cookies with a big star and shoot until there is! I have found it more convenient to shoot a long Krumiri, split and bend each piece. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes in a convection oven.
